It's 2014 you all have been waiting for, only that; the year
is getting old already. Yes! I mean it. Seconds are ticking fast
without slowing down and as a result we’ve seen minutes and of course more that
sixteen hours of the year is already gone never to come back. Do you see why I am saying
the year is already getting old? As the year ticks without permission, there is a question everyone who knows he or she is already on the journey should ask
and answer clearly. The question is; where is your compass facing?
The compass is a symbol of direction. It gives direction on
which way to go and which way to avoid. It will be a great error to tick along
with the year without a clear direction where you are going. What was the
direction that +Henry Ford saw that guided him to cause a revolution in the
automobile industry? His compass read “I will build a car for the great
multitude; constructed of the best materials by the best men to be hired after
the simplest designs that modern engineering can devise… so low in price that
no man making a good salary will be unable to own one and enjoy with his family
the blessing of hours of pleasure in God’s open spaces.”

You must be clear about what you really want to achieve this
year or else you sure will be drifting to the end of the year. What is the
direction for the year? Can you with a charming smile share clearly with a
friend? If your answer is a sincere NO then; its time to shut down and get a
paper and a pen and write down what you want to see, rewrite and rewrite until
you love what you have written down. Define the journey clearly and you will sure enjoy progress in 2014. I love to see you smile.
